Circulatory massage

Circulatory massage, or more commonly referred to as Swedish massage, is the most widely known massage available. Long, gliding strokes are used to apply oil or lotion to the body. Swedish massage benefits include: improvement of blood circulation, increased oxygen in the blood, improves flexibility, eases tension and helps with pain management.

Deep tissue Sculpting

Deep Tissue Sculpting is performed by placing pressure on a muscle followed by releasing- the release could be either by lifting of the pressure or by following through the compression, lengthening the entire muscle. It is beneficial for relieving tension in muscles that are chronically tense due to injury, emotional trauma or repetitive movements.

Thai Massage

A slow, relaxing massage. Sometimes referred to as “lazy mans yoga”. Fully clothed, Thai massage focuses on stretching muscles and bringing awareness to tight points - pushing muscles to, but not beyond, their limits. It’s meditative with rocking motions and fluidity of movement. Traditional Thai massage is done on a mat on the floor but can also be received on a massage table.
